(Reuters) - U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigators said on Wednesday that the 2013 fire and explosion at West Fertilizer Co in Texas that killed 15 people was a criminal act, according to KVUE-TV.
ATF Special Agent in Charge Rob Elder told reporters that a reward of up to $50,000 was being offered for the person or persons responsible for the crime.
