A shooter wounded multiple people at the Berrien County Courthouse in Michigan on Monday, according to multiple news reports.
The courthouse is located in St. Joseph, Michigan, a small, lakefront city roughly 100 miles east of Chicago.
A Michigan State Police spokeswoman told The Huffington Post that they are responding to reports of a shooting there, but had no other details at this time.
The shooter opened fire around 2:30 p.m., according to TV station WZZM.
An official with the St. Joseph police declined to confirm details about the reported shooting, but said the department would soon make an announcement.
