Britain's policy on Iraq that led to the war was based on flawed intelligence, a major inquiry found Wednesday.
Sir John Chilcott said as he released his report into the Iraq War that this intellingence was not challenged -- and it should have been.
He said that former British prime minister Tony Blair was warned that military action would increase the threat of Al Qaeda to the United Kingdom.
