Armed Fugitive Disguises Himself As An Old Man To Flee Cops

Shaun Miller’s old man act didn’t fool the police.

The alleged drug trafficker disguised himself as an elderly gentleman in a bid to evade capture.

The 31-year-old fugitive, who’d been on the lam since April, donned a highly realistic-looking mask when officers raided a residence he was staying at in South Yarmouth, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Thursday.

But cops immediately saw through the charade when he walked outside, according to a Department of Justice statement.

Police arrested Miller and, in a subsequent search of the property, found two loaded weapons hidden inside a laundry basket.

Officers also discovered almost $30,000 in cash.

Miller was charged in April in an indictment, alongside several other suspects, with possession of heroin with intent to distribute. He is due to appear in the U.S. District Court in Boston on Aug. 31.
